Hair By Nichola Salerno

I have been a hairstylist for 7 years. I love my industry and have been fortunate to have training from some of the best hair stylists in this industry.

The foundation of my training was with Homer Prefontaine, amazing colorist, celebrity hair stylist and platform artist. I had the opportunity to do platform work with the Artego hair color line, hair styling for various runway shows, and hair styling for fashion pictorial models. I wanted to learn more about the "on-set" hair styling and the Great Lengths hair extensions I was using.

I then moved to Los Angeles and started work for Ken Paves, ultra celebrity hair stylist and hair extension guru. There I had extensive training in hair extensions and hair styling. I also helped with the Oprah Winfrey's philanthropist show and the Max Factor runway shows.

When I moved back down to Carlsbad I worked as a hair color specialist and hair extension specialist at the Jose Eber and Mark Garrison Salon in the Four Seasons Resort.

Working with so many different and amazing hair stylists I have picked up training from all. Now I am offering my skills and services to you. I have a passion for hair that will never fade. I will always keep up on the latest trends to suit my clients needs.

Currently, I am located inside Samudra Day Spa & Hair. In the beautiful city of Carlsbad, Ca. Just a few blocks from the beach and the Carlsbad Village shops.

Specializing in hair color, corrective hair color, precision haircuts, hair extensions, and hair styling. I am creating unique styles for each client to suit what is best for their individual needs.
